He now states it was Order 5102555971 for $247.39 which was placed April 11, 2016, but it does appear a Order 5104403941 was replaced for the exact same amount of $247.39. We need clarification as to what the $90.50 discount in question is and proof of the coupon.

There response does not address my desired resolution. First offering the lesser of the two discounts is very surprising when the represented I spoke with on the phone said my credit was re[redacted]able. My resolution was not for any compensation as listed in the complaint. My desired resolution is for them to knowledge the wrongful practice and a response to how they are going to address these matters so they won't happen in the future.  Also I have determine they pulled my credit on the transaction date after I was told by a Kohl's credit representative they had no record of my credit application and my credit would not be pulled.

in transit, we issued a credit on December 14, in the amount of $145.51, which
will post in an average of seven days to the Kohl’s Charge card ending in 1410.
If you would like this item replaced, another order...

would have to be submitted
by you on Kohls.com. If the item proves to be more expensive, we are more than
happy to price adjust it to the amount that was originally paid. As such, please
respond back with the new order number so we can accommodate accordingly.
