Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am happy to finally receive a refund, after attempting to get a response from Kohl's for about six months. I was not made aware that a partial credit had been processed back in August of 2017, because Kohl's never advised me of this. I only found out about it from the people at Discover, after finally disputing the charge with them, as I used my Discover card as method of payment when I placed my order. I called Discover once again yesterday, before I knew of the result of my complaint with the Revdex.com. The person I spoke to said that Discover would go ahead and credit my account for the balance of the total amount of my original order, since Kohl's had not been willing to do so. I do not know if Kohl's was contacted by someone at Discover in this regard, and that is why the Kohl's representative is saying the amount will be refunded, or if Kohl's has actually decided to do what I believe should have been done when I first contacted them about the matter. The wording of the statement from Kohl's does not specify.Having been a long time customer of Kohl's, and having spent hundreds of dollars there through the years, I was quite shocked at the response I got from Kohl's when I advised them that I never received my order. I have shopped there mostly online, and had never reported any delivery problems prior to this incident, that I can recall. So I expected Kohl's to treat a good customer with respect, and to take appropriate action. In truth, I would have preferred to have the items I ordered, rather than a refund of my money. But no one I spoke to at Kohl's ever offered to resend the items. I realize they may not have been available any longer. But neither did I receive a full refund from them.I do not believe I will shop at Kohl's again because of all this. But I truly appreciate the professionalism and the help I have received from both Discover, and the Revdex.com. Thank you.
Regards,
Michele [redacted]

Revdex.com:
The business has NOT replaced this damaged order, they keep saying they aren't able to do such a thing. I asked them to escalate, override that inability, and have Corporate make sure replacement was sent. They've done nothing of the sort, by continue to state they've remedied this.Further, the fact that their foreign call center employee pressed me repeatedly for my FULL social security number, keeping me in the phone 3/4 of an hour, doing nothing with regard to the issues, is very concerning. I'm happy to share the screenshot of how long I was kept on phone with Filipino rep. Also, I'm reading the complaints against Kohls here and other places online, absolutely do not plan to continue my account with them. I'm just waiting for them to replace what they messed up, pack a replacement properly to avoid damage, and hey it here ASAP. They seem to try to Stonewall my requests to make right the error they made. To say one received a replacement is a bald-faced LIE.

The name that you took from my licence was [redacted] Capp. The items were returned to the Hazel Dell Jewelry Dept at their Kohls location. The phone number on that would be ###-###-####, and email '[redacted]@gmail.com This information has not changed since I returned the items.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I appreciate the effort to refund my second payment and ship me out a new stool, however, I still have not received the stool as of this email. The problem continues to be the false advertising and customer service that I and I am sure many other people received in an attempt to correct the situation. Kohls continues to insist that it was one stool per set, but that the picture shows two. I have attached a picture of the order, where it clearly states in the description that it is a two piece set.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The amount that was agreed to be sent to me does not equal the balance of what was owed to me. The order total was 73.48, which only $15.38 was sent to me. I have attached a picture of the card. Also, I just check the card balance and it’s says balance of $0 due to a tender on 2/23/18, which doesn’t make sense since I have not used the card. I’m addition, The correct amount to be sent to me is $58.10.

Thank you for your cooperation. I explained to several of the Kohl's employees that I never received the email regarding the Kohls cash nor was it in my Kohls account, I checked when I paid my Kohls card in full. I also explained that this process is new to me since I only just opened the card and called multiple times to deal with online situations which couldn't be resolved with the people on the phone. I then needed to contact someone via the online help service through the website. I spent a lot of money that night after dealing with very unprofessional kids and then when it came time to spend the $80 in kohls cash that I earned, it was never available to me. When I finally was able to speak to someone, they said that it was expired. I simply want what is rightfully mine, which I earned in spending over $400 on one purchase. The solution told to me was to go to the store and return all $400+ worth of items and then repurchase them to get the kohls cash, but why offer online services to provide convenience for your customers if you don't want to help and resolve online issues. Again I thank you for your time and hope to resolve this prior to Christmas in order to provide my children with those gifts.
