So basically I was forced to purchase $60 workth of Kohl's Cash as a penalty for returning merchandise that yields Kohl's Cash. I made 2 purchases and 2 returns, that should yeild 0 balance.In my case I have coupon that expire and my credit card is $60 short. Revdex.com:

As previously stated, we have processed a Kohl's gift card in the amount of $151.19, and have sent this via mail to our customers address. Please allow standard mail time for delivery of this item. As no other compensation is warranted, we consider this matter closed.

I am emailing you regards complaint ID [redacted]. I did finally receive a credit for the items I did not receive and also a UPS delivery for a big $1.73 Kohls cash they owed me. Seems like it would have just been easier to credit my card $50, but this company just did not get good customer service or a policy that allows for quick resolutions in situations like this. I am satisfied with what happened, but I am not happy with their inconsistent and ridiculous store policies that prevent them from rectifying situations like this swiftly. The details in the response from Kohls stating that I would be eligible for only $50 cash back is incorrect. Please find the snapshot of the Kohls rebate form terms which clearly states that "Limit 5 rebates per product per household". Since I have 4 different products I would have been eligible for $170 cash back. I also had a chat with the Kohls Rebate customer care to confirm my understanding before placing the order and they confirmed that my understanding was correct and I will be eligible for the stated cash back. The kohls rebate chat reference number which confirmed the rebate is 1465143. The proposed resolution to replace the 40$ kohls cash with a equivalent 40$ gift card and to hold onto the slow cookers which I already have with me does not change the scenario.I would appreciate a better compensation for the miss from their part and also for spoiling my housewarming gift plans. $20 Kohl's cash that I had earned was used on second order of $60.71 which was not received as well. So in return I will only get credited $60.71 loosing Kohl's cash of &20? Order placed on June 26th was not used with $20 Kohl's cash.
