We regret to hear the customer has not received Kohls.com order #[redacted] . On 12/14/15 we processed a return back to the customer's [redacted] card ending in [redacted] for the order. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Kohl's states that it utilized the same order number to return two separately ordered Levi jeans and somehow feels justified in ripping me off in my return credit? Okay. Let's see what the New York State Attorney General's Office would say about shortchanging a customer on their refund credit. I will have to escalate this matter as I know the actions of the Revdex.com are limited and, if an agreement cannot be reached, which it appears it will not be, cannot force a resolution.

I have already spoken to the fraud department, and I was unable to reach a resolution. I was told the same thing that I've been told over and over. This is not a matter of fraud. This is a matter of Kohl's not issuing my FULL refund. They have only issued partial, and I am still missing $250. Kohls's isn't simply sending me in circles.

[redacted] The ticket I was given did promise I would get the tv that is why they gave them out it had nothing to do with the price of the item..The store even admitted they had made a mistake and given out the wrong tvs by accident to other people.

our customers shopping pattern violates the Kohls.com Terms and Conditions, we
have made the business decision to cancel out the issued Kohl's Merchandise

I have replied to the company directly now many times on this issue and they agreed and I have confirmation via email from them numerous times advising they will be issuing the Kohl's merchandise credit of $175 in the mail to me. I confirmed this over and over and they advised to wait 14-30 days which I did and have done. They continue to pass me from person to person with no assistance and this still unresolved. The receipt was included in the returned items to your company all of which has been confirmed received over and over with your customer service team. I have been asked then for the tracking of shipment which I have sent also over and over and now your representatives transposed. I am tired of re explaining my complaint over and over! Kohl's initiated pickup from UPS of items I never requested be sent back and refunded. My daughter and son in law had to stop the pick up of multiple shipments of items I never requested be returned! This has been nothing but a hassle! I will never do business with Kohl's again and have shared my story with others. I had been a loyal customer, but now will take my money and business elsewhere! I know I have also influenced my friend and family to also take their business elsewhere!!

In the file, it is apparent that Kohl's messed up this order completely and caused me several inconveniences which were included in my last complaint. This needs to be resolved and Kohl's can be assured that this will be he last time I order anything from them. I've spent over 2k this year alone!
