We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with their Kohls.com order. We have processed a return for our customer in the amount of $54.10, which will be applied to the Kohl's ending in 4113. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to process.

We will be more than happy to research our customer's inquiry with our marketing department. Once a response is received, we will be happy to reach out to our customer.

We apologize for any frustration our customer has had during this situation.  Kohl's has refunded the remaining portion of the order $12.02. We cannot honor a Kohl's Cash certificate for this order as the full order was returned.

After further research we are able to confirm that regrettably the original return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was erroneously voided. We have contacted our customer directly and have agreed to send him a $25.00 Kohl's Gift Card as a courtesy, along with a couple of 30% coupons. This has resolved our customer's inquiry.

Signage and pricing accuracy is very important to us and we
make every effort to ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled and
placed with its corresponding sign. If a mistake is made, and an incorrect sign
or piece of merchandise is incorrectly posted on a sales rack, the price listed

Our records show a return credit for $16.66 was processed on 11/05/15, back to the customer VISA ending in 1538. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We apologize for the disappointment. On
December 11, we verified that a package in Kohls.com order ending in [redacted] was
lost in transit. As such, we issued a credit for this, in the amount of
$109.00, which posted to the Kohl's Charge card ending in [redacted].

Unfortunately, the customer returned the item past the expected timeframe. We stand by our previous statement at this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with her most recent Kohls.com orders. It appears we have issued refunds for Orders 7040353109, 703499234 and Order 7006584440. These credits were applied on December 14, 2016 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 4883.
