My complaint was about the poor customer service after the fact, which was not addressed. Given the handling of this problem, do you expect me to continue shopping with Kohl's? I spent unnecessary time getting nowhere with customer service representatives who merely read from a script and didn't pay attention to my concerns.If you believe your handling of this matter is satisfactory, I will take my business elsewhere.

We make every effort to ensure that we have enough merchandise to meet the needs of our customers. However, on...
occasion, an item may out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock amounts from our vendors. In addition, please be advised that the selection of merchandise may vary by store. Some merchandise may not be available at every store and merchandise or promotional offers available online at Kohls.com may vary from those offered in Kohl’s stores. In the case of our recent Black Friday ad, we included a disclaimer stating that merchandise specials were available while supplies last. Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers.

Please redirect Complaint ID #11857150 to the Capital One portal as it references a complaint in relation to the credit card terms. Please remove from the Kohl's portal.
Regrettably without the accompanying proof of purchase we are unable to provide any additional credit. At this time we stand by our offer of $90.28 in the form of a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit.
We regret to hear the customer was not able to redeem her earned Kohl's Cash coupon. We are more than happy to either apply the $150.00 credit to Kohls.com order #[redacted], or to a future Kohls.com order. We advise the customer reply with her preference. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The
cashier was correct with voiding out our customers transaction. After our
customer used his $20.00 Kohl's Cash coupon, his transaction fell beneath the
$30 threshold, thus not meeting the requirements to use the coupon.
We
deeply apologize for the disappointment. On January 9, we refunded the full
order in the amount of $22.15, which will post to the Kohl's Charge card ending
in 7600 in an average of seven days. As we do not need this item back, please
donate it.

deeply apologize for the embarrassment. Please know that applicable feedback
will be sent to the Lawrence, IN Kohl's location for corrective action
purposes, in hopes that instances such as this do not happen again. However, we
respectfully decline the request to be compensated.

This resolved nothing. They don't give me months to pay the bill. They should have been coached after the first incident. I purchase item to wear not wait to return months later! I took a picture of the tag the third time! Ordering online is not any better because Kohl's don't take the time to package items for shipping. They are just thrown in a bag and sent to you like picture number two and three!
