We would like to confirm that there is no
record of any known system error that would have prevented the customer from
using the Kohl's Cash before its expiration date. As a one-time courtesy we
have processed a $10 credit to the customer's Kohl's Charge ending in [redacted].

I contacted the customer service dept again to try and resolve the issue and have attached the chat message to this e-mail. My problem is you cannot choose to ship to two different addresses on the website and they shipped half to me, the other half to my father and they still want to charge me for shipping when I should of had free shipping to begin with and have to still reship this gift which will be close to $20 to get it there on time. I should of had free shipping not $17 or now discounted by $8 of which I have not seen a refund. When I contacted customer service they stated I would be getting a full refund via chat. Please see attached. This is the second huge shipping error I have had with Kohls and I will conact the Attorney General and media if necessary. I never complain to companies when things go slightly wrong but they have now messed up a birthday gift and now a christmas gift for family. Kohls needs to make this right.

We apologize for the disappointment. Our records indicate that an item in the Kohls.com order ending in 8833 was lost in transit. As such, on January 25, we issued a credit for this in the amount of $93.25, which will post to the Kohl's Charge card ending in 2807 in an average of seven days. Blue...

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for more than a decade and I feel I deserve more respect than I was provided with. Assuming I did not pay for items is very unethical and very unprofessional. I am okay in settling the disputed amount and taking a loss considering how pleasant kohl's customer service has been to me, and how they have provided me and my family with great quality merchandise throughout the years.
