Yes, the package was finally received 15 days after the order was put in, and at no point, Kohl's customer service rep or the responding party here on Revdex.com showed any care to help tracking the package when there was no information updated. no response regarding their horrible customer service provided. not an apology for this nightmare as a customer experienced.  Based on this "Don't care" attitude showed by Kohl's here. this response is not accepted. Package received is just part of the complaint, the bad customer service experience is another part of the complaint, and the 2nd part is not being addressed at all.

I appreciate ALL of her assistance, and she has given me a reason to return back to Kohl's for my shopping needs.

The $50 is insufficient to resolve at the matter.

The refund was processed on January 4, 2015. We ask the customer allow an average of seven days for the credit card refund to be visible on her end and seven to ten business days to receive the Kohl's Merchandise Credit in the mail.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with her order. We have no way of confirming if the customer's packing slip was sent in error to someone else. Also, the packing slip does not contain information that would allow access to our customer's personal information.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] This is acceptable providing I will receive the applied amounts.  As of today 01/03/17 I have not yet received.  I'm not trusting that Kohl's will honor this remedy.  I will have to say I have never made a purchase from a business that I did not receive the product and was not able to receive a refund.  I have always been prideful of my shopping, I would here of these horror stories.  I will no longer shop Kohl's for Christmas gifts in the future.  I would also like a contact name and number should I not receive the refund.  I have been told I would receive the refund several times.  thank you

Kohl's has failed to answer the other question at hand as to why their social media staff refuse to respond. Someone in this department needs to be re-coached, or, ideally, fired. Kohl's has yet again committed to ignoring their customer by not fully answering the questions I clearly laid out in this complaint. Is reading difficult for Kohl's staff?

We would like to research our customer's concern further. The following information will be needed from the customer so we may research on our end:What address was the package sent to?How was the merchandise purchased, online or in store?

Our records indicate that a credit for Kohls.com order number  [redacted] has already been processed back to the customer's account. The customer was credited for the shipping charge on 10/01/15, and the return credit was processed on 10/15/15. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We have processed a return for the missing item from Kohls.com order #4384055902 on 12/22/15, back to the customer's MasterCard ending in 3498. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Upon review of our customer's concern, a credit was processed on November
2, 2016 to our customers Kohl's Charge. We processed a return for 5 dishes
altogether.
