Our rebate department has
responded and have confirmed they did mail out a $36.00 rebate prepaid card
to  [redacted], (tracking
number 76226711) which was the name on the rebate form.They have agreed to mail out once

I do not want Kohl’s cash or any promotions from Kohl’s I would just like my refund for the items I have been working on for 3 weeks to resolve, I have never had an issue in store returning items or getting a refund but now they are denying a refund because I used Kohl’s cash as well as other discount codes along with my Kohl’s charge card.

Upon review of Order 4818129634, it does appear we did process a credit in the amount of $773.79 to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 6172.

We have honored our customer's request and have added their request to no longer receive marketing mailers from Kohl's.

Our customer needs to contact ###-###-#### directly to discuss her corporate refund further. They have attempted contacting our customer directly numerous times.

Our records show a $50.00 credit was processed back to Kohls.com order #[redacted] on 11/14/15. The credit posted to the customer's account on 11/16/15. We advise our customer to log into their My Kohl's Charge account online, or wait for their next statement to verify the credit.

Our
customer was appropriately credited. As $130.00 worth of Kohl's Cash was earned
on her initial order ending in 2127, and subsequently redeemed on the second
Kohls.com order ending in 2440, we deducted a prorated amount, $90.00, when our
customer returned one of the items in the initial order to the Kohl's store in
Cn Rapids, MI. As such, we respectfully decline any
additional compensation that our customer is seeking, and consider this
matter closed.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]  I received an automatic email from Kohl's, informing me that my return has been processed.  I was happy initially, however upon closer inspection the refunded amount does not equal to the debit amount on my credit card.  I requested that either the entire sum be credited back to the account or I receive the merchandise I ordered.
