We have sent the check to the updated address. As such, we consider this matter resolved.
The gift card policy on the gift card does have a disclaimer in which it states a gift card is unable to be tendered with another gift card. Unfortunately, we would not be able to refund the gift card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We
apologize for the disappointment. As our customer states she did not receive
her package, on November 15, we credited her in the amount of $99.52, to her
American Express card ending in 3006, which will post in an average of seven
days.
In order for us to research the
customer's corporate refund, we are requesting accompanying proof of the
return such as the receipt, if possible. Our records do not indicate a return
in the system with the information provided in the initial complaint. Once we
receive the requested...
information, we will be happy to address our customer's
inquiry.
We have partnered with our marketing department and have requested for our customer's information to be removed from our mailing list. Please advise our customer to allow 2-3 weeks for the mailers to stop at her address. The email alerts take about a week to take effect.

have processed another credit for $15.00 to the
customer's Master card ending in [redacted] on 02/19/16. We advise our customer to
allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. Additionally, upon review
of Kohls.com order # 4269163916, the customer's earned and redeemed $10.00 in
Kohl's Cash. When you return merchandise from a purchase that earned Kohl’s
Cash, the Kohl’s Cash value will decrease. If you have already used your Kohl’s
Cash coupon, the amount of the Kohl’s Cash will be deducted from your return
amount. The Kohl's Cash policy is listed on both the coupon and the sales flyer
that corresponds to the Kohl's Cash sale. We are unable to comply with the
customer's request for any additional credit, as she redeemed the Kohl's Cash
earned on this order. We apologize for any additional disappointment.
Upon review of the customer's receipt information, we stand by our policy and previous response.
Our store has agreed to partner directly with our customer in order to arrange a return for her. We provided our customer's contact information to the store manager at the Chico location and they will be following up with her and making sure her concern is resolved accordingly.
The correct amount was returned, as $10.00 of Kohl's Cash was earned, and subsequently redeemed on another order. However, based on the item being defective, we refunded the difference in the amount of $10.40. Please
allow an average of seven days for this to post to the Kohl's Charge card
ending in 5510. As previously stated, $25.00 worth of Blue Kohl's Cash was
issued, via email, with a redemption period of 30 days from the date of issue. As
such, we consider this matter closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. When I attempted to exchange my rug the first time I had my receipt and Military ID in hand. There will not be a return visit to Kohls after this experience. I understand that it may have been a new employee that refused to assist me on my first attempt but I am assuming whoever I am corresponding with now specializes in Customer Service. Although I am responding on my break using my smart phone, I am sure I clearly explained I was not asking employee to go against policy and ate the additional cost and time it took to haul my defective rug. The rug has been loaded into the SUV for donation to Habitat for Humanity in the morning. I am disappointed in the resolution I was offered and Kohls could have at least offered to provide me with a prepaid shipping label to return with less cost and time on my part. I am assuming Kohls does not feel that the loss of one customer is detrimental enough to even attempt to offer a fair resolution. I can assure you that I will never spend one dime of my hard earned money again and will post the link to our conversation for my co-workers, fellow soldiers and family to see. I ensure you a corporation this large has the means to provide a shipping label but customer value and appreciation ranks far below profits and margins on their list.

apologize for the frustration. Our records indicate that order #[redacted] was returned and subsequently credited on October 13, to our customers Kohl's
Charge card ending in [redacted]. Additionally, the second order, #[redacted], was
returned and subsequently credited on November 2, in the amount...
of $389.79,
which will post to our customers Kohl's Charge card ending in [redacted] in an
average of seven days. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

We apologize for our customers disappoint and inconvenience. We agree with our customers recommended accommodation, and have credited her $34.45 accordingly to her Kohl's Charge card ending in 5212. Please allow an average of seven days for this credit to post.
Sale prices can vary from store to store. Also, online prices can vary from store prices. As such, we stand behind our previous resolution, and consider this matter closed.
We will be partnering with our rebate department. Once a response is received, we will be happy to follow up with our customer.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This is unacceptable! I initially contacted a supervisor at Kohl's.com. They were no help - that is why I have attempted to resolve this through the Revdex.com. I find it hard to believe that Kohl's is not willing to call me to discuss this important matter. I could understand the options given to me if these items were not so large and heavy. If I could lift them into my vehicle - they are too large to fit inside my vehicle. Therefore, the options given to me will not work, because of these factors and apparently this is something that no one at Kohl's is taking into consideration. At this point, if Kohl's is not willing to make this right by refunding me 100% of my purchase price, plus the interest that has been charged to my card, without returning the severely damaged items within the next 5 business days, I guess my next step is to contact a lawyer and see how they can help me.
