It has now been over 28 days and I still do not have a check. I seriously believe they are just holding into my money and never return it. The recipe says 7 to 10 days nothing about business days. The lady I have emailed with that clearly dis nothing to fix this said 10 to 14 days then changed and said business days. And big surprised we are well over 14 business days I want my money and I want them to pay late fee now adding up more and more for ever day I do not get my money. How can a company hold onto something that isn't theirs.

[redacted]I reject their response because the only reference I can find in their terms and conditions that says they can "cancel" an order is shown below. My purchase price of the items on this order was $8.99 each and if Kohl's will produce the advertised price for these, on their website, for each of the last 52 weeks you will find that many/many/many of those 52 weeks the price has been $8.99/each, therefore how can it be a pricing error? When I filed this complain I stated I received a partial refund which I didnot. I received a refund for an online purchase #4343971801 that what Ireceived. I also bought a coffee make in store #249 Monroe st. Toledo oh.$268.11. That is what has not been refunded. I apologized I had brainsurgery and got the two confused. I did send copy of receipt as requestedto Kohl's. It clearly states in store purchase at store # 249. The coffeemaker item numbers are even different that is why the amounts differ.

apologize for the disappointment. As we periodically update our
inventory assortment, products, such as these shoes, are sometimes phased out.
As such, please pick a comparable item and we would be more than happy to price
match the item to what was originally paid.
Our customer has reached out directly to our Executive Offices. We have contacted our customer and at this time, consider this matter closed.
They changed the code number that was for two products to just one product. The same exact number. I will not be satisfied unless they reimburse me for half of my second order.
