We sincerely apologize for the delay but we consider this matter resolved.

We did apply a credit of $8.25 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 6323. We were unable to apply a discount to the Nike item, since it is part of our excluded brands.  Excluded Brands: Certain products are not eligible for promotional offers and coupons as outlined below (“Excluded Merchandise”).  However, you are able to earn and redeem Kohl’s Cash and YES2YOU Rewards on Excluded Merchandise.  The following is Excluded Merchandise:ColumbiaConverse DysonNikeLevi'sUnder ArmourKoolaburraSelect Online Exclusive Merchandise:  Select online exclusive merchandise will be identified on the product page (next to the price point) as being ineligible for promotional offers and coupons, but eligible for earning and redeeming both Kohl’s Cash and YES2YOU Rewards.Select Sporting GoodsPlease advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for their credit to post.

Until I receive compensation for the lost value of $130.00 I will not find the issue resolved.  I will not do business with Kohl's until this is resolved.  Their opinion on how "clearly" the expiration was visible is laughable at best and does not address the fact that none of this was explained to me during the sales transaction.   The locations are extremely small and are very confusing as their was the Kohl bucks value on the same coupon for an entirely different offer.

We have processed a return for our customer for Order XXXXX9179 in the
amount of $25.06. Our customer will also be receiving $11.00 in Kohl's Cash
emailed to her to the email provided on the order. We also will mail out our
customer a $30.00 gift card for the inconvenience and frsutration she
experienced.

Upon review of our customer's concern for Order 5167554902, it does show
we did process a refund for the 4 items that were not received. We are showing a
credit of $63.88 being applied to the Visa ending in 9677.

When I went into the location where I purchased the bracelet from, Houma, LA, the associate and the manager told me I could contact Fitbit for a refund on the product. I stated to them that I did not purchase it from Fitbit, I purchased it from Kohl's and should be able to return it where I purchased it. AGAIN, had it been made known on the front, not the back of the receipt, I would have tried it on prior to my 30 days and returned it when I was not satisfied with the fit. I refuse to accept a lost of $100 on an item Kohl's can easily put back into their inventory and sale to a more satisfied consumer.

We regret the customer states she was not properly credit for her return. At this time we advise the customer to return to the store with the applicable receipts to resolve the matter. She may request to speak with the [redacted] directly for assistance.

I don't accept Kohls reponses.  I paid cash and they are required to refund my cash. KOHLS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY I went to the locAL STORE and spoke to the manager.  He fixed it I WANT IT ON THE RECORD THAT I DID NOT ACCEPT KOHL'S RESPONSE.  THAT IS HORRIFIC.  I PAID CASH AND THEY ARE SENDING ME A MERCHANDISE CREDIT  THAT IS AGAINST THEIR POLICY If the local store manager did not fix this, I would take this to the FTC

We did apply a credit to our customer's Kohl's Charge in the
amount of $21.80 on April 13, 2016. We processed an additional credit today in
the amount of $46.86 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 6940 to make up the
difference for Order 3503446271, bringing the total credit to $68.66. Please allow
5-7 business days for this to reflect on to their Kohl's Charge.

However, I did not get the partial refund, even it is two months after the case was opened. I want my gift card form refund, which is worth $98.66. The company said it will mail to me, but which kind of letter needs to take 2 months to mail ? That is ridiculous.
