Your company made it very inconvenient for me and you aren’t even offering anything to rectify the situation. You didn’t address anything in regards to my complaint about the experience. An appogy is not what I was looking for. I spent 3 hours shopping and 2 hours fixing your inconvenience, by the way maybe you should make sure the employees you keep can speak English and have some sort of sense. Im demanding a response that will rectify the situation.

Our customer spoke to our Corporate Refund department. They have resolved our customer's concern as of August 02, 2016.  Any other questions, they would need to contact ###-###-####.

We have requested the customer be issued a $10.00 credit to the Discover Card ending 2689. Going forward, our customer needs send in a rebate form since this request has beem honored in the past numerous times.  Please advise our customer to allow 7-10 business days for this credit to reflect on their credit card.

We again apologize for the disappointment; however, we stand behind our previous statement, and consider this matter closed.

We are able to confirm that a return for the incorrect merchandise from Kohls.com order #[redacted] was refunded in 10/17/15. Our records also indicate Kohls.com order number #[redacted] was delivered 10/17/15. This item was directly shipped from the vendor and not a Kohl's warehouse. We will...

I would like to know how can they block a credit that was issued more than a year ago. Luckily I had the order details for the returned item and I am sure if I did not have that details they would not have released the gift card. Can I know how can they demand me to produce the details for an order that was more then 1 year old and how can they block the card? I missed out on the sale where I had 30% off coupon and would have got Kohls Cash for the same. When I called in to place the order they said they had issue applying the gift card and asked me to go to the store. when I went to the store they said that I cannot use the gift card and it has been blocked. Then I came back home and when I called the Customer Service they demanded that I produce the order details for the returned item and then asked me to go to the store again. When I went to the store again the manger said that they cannot do any thing at the store and I have to call the 1800 number. So I was used as a foot ball between the Online team and the store. For all the trouble and inconvenience caused and for me to dig over nearly 100's of emails to get the order details I should be compensated for the same. Also hope they will not do this other customers as well. Assume if this was a gift from a friend of mine for over an year ago when he was leaving US for other assignments and lost touch with him, how is the world they can demand to produce the order details for the returned item?

That's why I got so angry about their customer service. They are just claiming that I am a fraud, on phone.They said they would investigate the case, but they never sent any update. Every time, when I called them, it would only bring anger to my side. Their service is very awful. When I asked the representative, "can I record this conversation?" he ended the call.  No way to communicate with them online. I hope to write everything down, which can be used as the record.

I bought it @ the Clifton store. This issue is resolved.

It is because of current delay that I am now only able to locate two of four full Kohl's Cash codes used in my canceled order #[redacted]:KOHL'S CASH VALUE: $7.47KOHL'S CASH NUMBER: 225066162108633PIN: 8627 VALID: 03/03/2017-03/17/2017KOHL'S CASH VALUE: $55.97KOHL'S CASH NUMBER: 225075814187153PIN: 9474 VALID: 02/24/2017-03/26/2017The other two sources are Kohl's cash of $10 value each, ending 4366 and 6746 as listed in the order confirmation details, and I know for a fact that customer service can verify their use towards my order balance, via their internal system.I expect a good faith effort at investigating my claim as I have provided all the information necessary and available, and I will not entertain any further excuses for delay. Regards,

While in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the
check-out process at Kohls.com, there are situations when an out of stock may
not be evident until the order picking process. This can be attributed to high
order volume, damages, etc. If the item becomes available and the customer...
