As we handed her California identification
card over to the Stockton Police Department, she would need to contact them for

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was repeatedly told by Kohls customer service on numerous occasions that all I needed to do to be reimbursed was to submit a receipt to Kohls, I did so.  I was told this by the following Kohls customer service representatives: [redacted], and [redacted] D.  I think it is very important that customers be aware that Kohls lies to their customers, in addition to sending them dangerous, incomplete items.Kohls has no commitment to a fair and ethical trade and I believe that their lack of concern for their customers, sadly includes their disabled customers and their lack of commitment to this is reprehensible, as I am sure it is to the State of Wisconsin.

We have processed a refund for our customer. They will be emailed Kohl's Cash in the amount of $5.72 and a credit to their Kohl's Charge in the amount of $25.90. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to process.
