Our records show we received the customer's complaint through another channel and have addressed her concernsThe customer's Kohls.com order #was delivered on 08/24/Due to the inconvenience, the customer was credited for the shipping and the tax on 08/24/The customer was also
credited an additional courtesy credit on 10/12/ Additionally, an Advisor from the Executive Office offered to credit the Kohl's Cash amount used on the order on a future orderWe are unable to comply with the customer's request to credit the merchandise, as it was deliveredThe customer is more than welcome to return the merchandise if they longer desire the product
The reason why I feel that this is not a adequate response to my complaint is that they are responding in the standard way "here is your gift card back" No! I would like to ensure that the process is changed or altered to contact the customer in some why letting them know that the order has been cancelled I was waiting for this order, and it is unacceptable for them to blow it off and act like its no big deal The customer service representative has no concern what so ever that my order was cancelled, or that no contact was made
