Upon further review of Kohls.com order #***, the customer put in the wrong card numberDue to the error the credit was processed back to another customer's accountA check request has been initiatedThe customer will receive this via USPS

At this time Kohls.com offers three shipping methods,
Continental US-Standard Ground, Alaska/Hawaii or APO/FPO-Standard Ground and
Priority AirIf the customer received the message that her wall decor was not
able to ship to her APO, this is most likely due to it being an “Online Only”
item
These items are shipped directly from the vendors, and not a Kohl’s

If this item had been ordered one time I would have accepted this responseHowever, I have ordered it on times and my sister has ordered it times and had it cancelled every timeHaving an item cancelled once or twice seems acceptable, but after being ordered times, on different dates, this is not only an error, it is advertisingNot only has the item been ordered online, but it has been ordered through the phone with a kohl's associate who guarantees that the item is in stockSo my question is, who is getting the item, if I cannot get it after ordering it this many times? Are they actually shipping this item to other customers who have purchased? Or have they not got any in or sold this item to other people and are lying and falsely advertising it as being in stock again? I placed orders 12/10/15, 12/18/and 12/21/So did Kohl's ship this item out to on those dates to other customers? If it was in stock when me and my sister ordered and they ran out they they should have proof that they did ship that item out and actually ran out during those dates
