The requirement of each rebate is set up and specific to each vendor of our merchandiseWe realize that the merchandise is to be a gift; and would be happy to research the matter furtherWe advise the customer to provide any receipt, product, and rebate amount information for further research

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I see the credit of from Kohls on my card Again they do not read or understand the situation As far as the Kohls cash credit this does not add up to my purchase total and these Kohls cash are likely long expired The only notice I received from Kohls was of the Kohls cash they gave back which obviously is not in the amount of the purchase I would be okay with the being taken out of my Kohls card account and the towels be shipped as originally purchased It is bad cus***er service to first not ship the towels with the order, then talk on the phone with the consumer and not notify the consumer of how the company plans to resolve the order This is not an acceptable resolution in this case Not only was I never notified about the and I ddi not use the kohls cash as this was not an acceptable resolution, but I'm upset about the amount of my time committed to this matter How about a metaphor that the company will continue to not read and ignore Person buys a shirt for dollars The shirt does not ship, but instead there is an empty box Person calls company and explains that while person was charged for the order, the shipment came without the original item agreed upon in the order and person is upset, but willing to let you resolve this by either refunding the price completely or please just ship the item that was agreed upon Cus***er service rep, agrees to look into this and is very sorry about the situation Some time later person gets some e-mail about a something dollar credit to make up for there not being a dollar shirt delivered Person is upset, but is very busy with work and does not have time to deal with this Additionally this credit has an expiration date Person calls back later and company says there is nothing they can do Person asks to speak to supervisor and company hangs up on person/consumer Here is the thing Person spends dollars and asks for shirt Company agrees and send empty box Then, company's idea of a refund is not even something dollar, but actually more like something doll hairs to the person/consumer You should really be paying me over a hundred dollars for all of the time I've spent on this trying to get my original purchase because time is like money.
