Upon review
of our customer's concern, it shows Order was tendered on their
Kohl's card and Kohl’s Merchandise Credit in the amount of $will be
mailed out to our customerA new order was not placed for our customer using
the gift card, which is why we are mailing a gift card

It appears our customer has reached out to us via a different channelOur customer's concern has been addressedWe consider this matter closed

The charges on your charge card were authorizations that went to your charge card company when you hit "Place Order"; a customer's funds will be held for each attempted Kohls.com order, until we are able to systematically verify the order statusYour credit card company holds these funds; however,
these authorizations will drop automatically within several business days

Our records show the return was processed back to the customer's account on 12/02/We advise the customer to log on to their My Kohl's Charge account, or review their next statement to verify the credit

We
apologize for the disappointmentHowever, we respectfully decline the desired
settlement request, as premium electronics, such as Fitbits, need to be
returned within days from the date of purchase for a full refundAfter

We
apologize for the disappointment. Please know since the missing item was purchased as part of a Buy One Get
One (BOGO) Free promotion, the items selling price was $after the BOGO
discount was applied. As such, on January 11, we refunded the missing item in the amount
of $5.16,
which will post to the Kohl's Charge card ending in in an
average of seven daysBlue Kohl's Cash in the amount of $was also issued,
via email, with a redemption period of days

Once again, we
regret to learn of our customer's disappointmentWe stand by our previous
statement, and consider this matter closed
