Essentially Kohl's didn't do anything beyond refunding me the $that I was supposed to get earlierI didn't get any response/explanation on -1) Why that particular Kohl's store would send me a used vacuum? It's simply disgusting to see other people'shair and other stuff in the vacuum! Have you (the customer service @ Kohl's) ever checked with that store (order #***) to see what's going on! 2) How can a simple refund issue took months and wasted me so much time (more than calls/emails)! I certainly don't want to spend these hours for the $28!

I had the choice to purchase another mixer on 11/and then return the first mixer. I find it hard to believe that Kohl's would rather a customer do this costing the customer and Kohl's much time and moneyThey should at least acknowledge that their ad is deceptive, wrong and a disservice to the consumer

They have done little to resolve the matter further. They do not take into consideration that we have repurchased the item again with our credit card so they have received all the original money from the gift cards. We are not shorting them in any way, but we have not received compensation in a way that is suitable for an error made on their part. It makes it seem like they are stealing money from us by forcing us to purchase more products from their store when they have received all money due them

Kohl's did not answer my complaint , their response was not relevantOn a single visit to kohl's I did not receive the promotional Kohl's cash for my entire order, why ? The entire amount of purchases should have been regarded especially since it was their staff that forced me to split my purchasesreturning an item , prior Kohl's cash should have been equally distributed between the items, so when I returned one item there should have been an equal distribution of the discountWhen Kohls can not fulfill an order ,additionally when kohl's cash is used as a part of the payment, they have no compunction about prorating the returning amount of kohl's cash, so that they do not return the cash you paidthey give you no choice and refund in kohl's cash .Note * It is clear Kohls did not read my complaint, this could be why they are failing and having to close stores Their response was almost silly.

The reason I rejected it was because, the second transaction I was charged full priceSo the credit was for that oneSo it’s completely correctThe second is incorrectWhen I order the item for a 3rd time I was give 50% offSo I was charged full price and was told I would receive a $creditSo once I receive the correct credit I will agree to everythingThen I’m getting back all the money out of all transactionsI think they could do better considering it’s almost been a month since I placed my original order, and phone calls later and I’ll have had put back on my card was $inconvenience credit for my hassle from the first and second transaction, and two creditsI’m still extremely upset over this especially after having an auto pay bill removed and put my card in the negativeSo I had to borrow money to put back in my account so it wasn’t sent through a second timeSo now I’ll have a few to pay for the return billThis has just made me absolutely sick!

returned items that we could not locate an original purchase forTo avoid instances like this from
happening in the future, provide all invoices and order slips for
documentation, or facilitate all returns at the store with valid receiptsAs
no additional compensation is warranted, we consider this matter closed

We regret that the customer's desired merchandise is no longer availableWhile in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the check out process at Kohls.com, there are situations when an out of stock may not be evident until the order picking processThis can be attributed to high order
