They told me that for the last months that this would be resolved and they were sending me the refund ....Today is the 2nd of Feb and I still have nothing.

apologize about the inconvenienceOn November 16, we credited our customer in
compensation for the item that she did not receive, in the amount of $15.48,
which will post to the Kohl's Charge card ending in *** in an average of seven
days

Upon review of our customer's concern, we have received confirmation that the email generated by our rewards department was opened on December 07, This was confirmed via email *** At this time, we consider this matter closed

As
the Kohls.com order ending in *** was canceled, in accordance with the
Kohls.com Terms and Conditions, a new order would have to be resubmittedFor
questions regarding Kohl's Charge accounts, please contact Kohl's Customer
Service, via phone, at 1-800-564-Further, we
respectfully decline the
compensation request and consider this matter closed

We apologize for the inconvenient and disheartening situation regarding the customer's Kohls.com orderAlso, we regret the customer received the misinformation that her Kohls.com order was able to be reshippedWe have processed a return on 02/09/16, back to the customer's VISA ending in ***We

a one-time courtesy, we will honor the price match; however, going forward,
please know that the model numbers and specifications have to be identical on
both itemsAdditionally, we are unable to match competitor online
pricesTo honor this price match, please place an order on Kohls.com and

the difference on the payment method used

This does not resolve my complaint and the horrible service I received form your companyWhy couldn't you just have shipped me the item that I paid for? Also the item I received was half the cost of the item I purchased, but I have to wait to get my money back? That does not make sense I have shipped the item that I never ordered backI expect a full refund today You have no problem charging for the item when ordered, but I have wait to get my money back?Also, why has no one from your corporate office called me to address thisI guess you do not value your customersWorst experience ever

Our records show all items for Kohls.com order # *** were delivered on 06/27/At this time we advise the customer to file a claim with FedEx directly if they are stating they did not receive their complete order
