When we processed the reorder for our
customer, ending in 2169, we adjusted the price on SKU to $as a
courtesySubsequently, when our customer returns this item to the store, he
will only be offered back what we adjusted the price to, minus any discounts, on
the reorder, and not
the price on the initial orderOur records indicate, what
the store is offering him is correct

I was never told that I needed a receiptI explained three times and once in writing and twice over the phone I was told that I didn't need a receiptWhy has the rule changed? A business representative put in writing that I did not need a receipt to return itAnother told me it over the phone and a supervisor verified that they could see in a transcript that I was told thatThe company is now going back on their wordI have returned several items to Kohls without a receiptThat is part of what they pride themselves in is a "Customer Friendly Return Policy"It is also the reason that I have shopped with them so muchIt is now the principle of I have IN WRITING from one of their representatives that they would accept a store credit without a receiptI don't understand why they are so comfortable going back on their word

first of all, thank you for getting back to meafter having this kind of issue, I called kohl's fraud department 888-890-at least timesAnd I was required to go to local kohl's store to verify my identityI did it and was required to send all receipts and bank statement to [email protected] for further verificationafter sending all paperwork, they can not reissue my gift card and I got following reply:As stated before, this gift card was not purchased from Kohl's. Mileage Plus would need to reimburse you. I cannot assist. But actually I inquired mileage plus and from their end, they already sent payment to kohl's and apparently kohl's have the fund for my gift cards now.please help methank you
