When I made my original purchase, I was supposed to have $Kohl's cash in my account that I could use either online or in the store. That was not the case as the balance was zero.I was told a could not use it in the store. I was told I could not order online - I had to call in. It took minutes on the phone to place my first order. When I called to use the remaining Kohl's cash, it took minutes because the item that supposedly was in stock was really not. I called later and spent another minutes to finally order something else.I would not have made the original purchase if I had known I would have to waste almost hours calling to place orders. Therefore, the promise made to me by Kohls when I made my original purchase was not fulfilled

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]As I stated I'm a loyal long time Kohl's shopper for over two decadesMy issue with Kohl's customer service is this is the third time Kohl's has botched an online order of mineI've already waited three weeks, have been promised four times to get gift card replaced with no action what so everI traveled to visit the nearest Kohl's store twice (mile round trip), countless hours on hold or online chat with customer service agents all for nothingI've spent more on gas & travel than what the $card is worthI do understand that people make mistakes but this is beyond ridiculous & I've been more than patient considering the circumstancesI request at the least an apology, an additional $gift card for a total of $It's the least you could doThe most distasteful part of this whole situation is Kohl's customer service never bothered to issue an apologyI will not stand for this.
