It appears our customer has spoken with our department that handles our Corporate RefundsThey verified the needed information and have agreed to mail out a Kohl's Merchandise Credit for her

[The problem is anytime I return something that I paid with a check, they take back the merchandise but then issue me a corporate refund. They have my merchandise back and I have no money for at least weeks. I will no longer shop and Kohls and am closing out my account as has my mother. They might look and see that I spend thousands a year at their store and decide if loosing my business and my mothers is worth it. I can shop anywhere else and receive money back from returned merchandise. I am not going to wait on a corporate refund to get money back from them ]

The amount returned on 03/was part of the order that I returned in the storeI’m not sure how you can relate that to the part of the package you never deliveredThe package that I did not receive had items, not I want a refund for the amount of the two items that I purchased that did not get deliveredI did receive the Kohls cash but have not received the refund

When I called the Kohl's customer service on 12/1/2016, the only information showed regarding this order was label created on 11/27/and estimated delivery time was 11/30/on UPS.comSince it has already past the estimated delivery time and there was no update on tracking, I would like to get some help from their customer service repNot only the rep lied about she can not see the SAME information I described on UPS.com, she also rejected to check with warehouse nor the carrier. As a Kohl's customer service supervisor, I can not believe that rude and not wil*** to help attitude received.For a business gave such a careless and helpless response is not resolving the issue or releasing the frustration, thus why it is not acceptable
