I contacted Kohls numerous times to tell them that my transaction was cancelled and reissued to someone else, this person you're calling "whomever." So I would like to know why kohls would allow "whomever" to access my transactions and then reissue them to someone who has zero permissions on my account at allNo items where returned, I have them here in my houseIt's a little disturbing that people, including management would just blatantly lie about this. It wasn't just the $it was also the $in points and my $10/$coupon that were removedI work with needy family's of US armed forces Vets and no matter how many times I explain it, Kohls calls ME a liar, and refuses to fix itSo I guess I'll let the family it was supposed to go to, know that Kohls has no desire to fix this or even look into it beyond the regular scope so they can see the items where NOT returnedI missed the sale I was supposed to purchase their kids clothing from, and lost $50, which without the kohls cash and points that are avertised, means their pricing is higher than mostI wouldn't have gone there to begin with, but retracting advertised pricing is an entirely diffent type of complaintIt may seem like someone is just trying to get a coupon but that's not what happened, it's not me that is lying, and unlike Kohls I can prove itIt's not just a coupon either it was Christmas for veteran family's child so I'll have someone else sponsor him until I can take this up in a more formal atmosphere at a later time. kind regards and I hope you never get ripped off at Christmas by a corporation who would rather lie and act like it comes from their own pocket, instead of actually Really looking into it

Untruth in advertisingCountdown counter stated on home page while logged in to Kohl's.com that I had one hour minutes to use coupon(No mention of what time zone was included!) I did not complete the second order because my discount coupon and sale price was taken off the site hour early! I placed the first order within minutes before that happened That first order was Order# And my time was Mountain time 10:Needed to split payment because my credit payment was not posted to my Kohl's credit account yetWanted one more chair, didn't complete that order because the sale was ended early according to the countdown timer, I had an hour left! Again, the countdown timer on the home page while logged in did not state what time zone it was regulated by and I trusted that I had until midnight my time!

Neither the coupon or the Kohl's cash was expired I have to believe that Kohl's sent me a stock reponse without even reading my complaint, which was that I had Kohl's cash *that had absolutely not expired* and a coupon *also which had not expired* and I was told that I could not use both The salesperson told me I could use one or the other I met the requirements to use the coupon (my purchase was over $100) and the Kohl's cash did not have any stipulations listed.The department store sent out deceptive promotional material and should be held accountable
