[First, I don't believe the Revdex.com would accept your response to close or resolve this complaint. No information was provided on why Kohl's took this substantial amount of money from me nor has any legal basis been provided giving you the right to do so, especially to one of your most valued customer for over years. These merchandise cards are no different than a gift card. The value of the card is actual cash that simply must be spent at Kohl's. It is not a coupon that has no cash value. Simply because these cards were in my account does not give you the legal authority to take them when they do not belong to you. Nearly $15,was removed from my account and the legal definition of taking something that doesn't belong to you is theft. I have all the proof indicating these cards in fact belong to me.I have called the number you mentioned and was not provided any additional information so it would be appropriate for you to give an explanation as to what legal right you have to take money from someone who has not authorized you to do so. Reimbursement is not really the correct word to use in the situation since it taken from me. I am still seeking this money to be given back to me as well as an explanation from your organization detailing what right you have to take merchandise cards and gift cards from someone's account. ]

I thought Kohls was better than that And now, they are asking at which store this took place??
