I certainly reject it, it is nonsenseThey are still saying that because they had NO replacements in a numerous stores, and offered no Drop shipments, in their time frame, it was my fault the watch wasn't exchanged within the time frame.That's Crazy. Since this was a Credit card purchase, that they abused and voided the written warranty and exchange policy, they have also committed Credit card Fraud

Kohl's does stand by it's previous decision and at this time, we do consider this matter closed
Our records indicate we received her complaint through a different channel and have addressed her concernsThe customer has been informed she did receive the correct discount but it was displayed incorrectlyWe apologize for any additional confusion

However, the process in which it took to get here was BEYOND UNACCEPTABLEIt took almost a month and contacting your customer support back and forth about 5-times and then being told at the end that they couldn't pick it upLuckily I fled a complaint here and managed to get the attention of someone higher up who then also after receiving the return, tells me I can only get it merchandise credit despite being told TWICE by your customer service rep that I could get a refundAlso, I want to add NOWHERE IN YOUR RETURN POLICY DOES IT SAY IF IT EXCEEDS ONE YEAR THAT THE REFUND WILL BE IN MERCHANDISE CREDIT! It says they can look up purchases up to months if I used my Kohls charge (and didn't have the receipt, which I do have my invoice) and I can get it refunded to my account, which I did! Needless to say, this has totally changed my loyalty to KohlsAs a "Most Valued Customer" for years, it is ridiculous to be treated this way

She said she didn't knowThen I asked to talk to a supervisorShe is really hestitated to do so, and changed her story by saying that the gift cards were used last year already! I can't believe thatI asked how come the gift cards were used last year that can be used again in MarchShe said she didn't knowI insist to speak with a supervisor, then she said she will try to find meFive minutes later, she said she can't find a supervisor, and asked me to call backI insist, and then she told me she left a message and someone will call me, which by the way never happened Her name is ***, please check into the phone record and verify thatI also want to make a formal complaint about herShe was really rude and really hestitate to help me.
