The customer service at Kohl's is the worst I've experienced in a very long timeThey sent me the wrong item and, to correct their mistake, they required me to buy the item a second timeTo date, they have failed to refund my initial purchase of the item so I've paid for it twice. I told her she was crazy. as you are for not telling me the reason for the cancellation. i've been a customer of kohls since day one. this is happening to my account and you won't tell me why my order was cancelled. anyways, back to my name.
