*** *** Kohl’s response is utter nonsense and is nothing more than a copy of the last e-mail response I received from them on 10/24/from a Debra ***. It is nonsense for the following reasons which I shared with Ms *** via e-mail on 10/25/16.First, all of my correspondence with Kohl’s has been via e-mail. I have had no telephone conversations with anyone associated with Kohl’s regarding the matter. I don’t know who, or if, Ms *** spoke to anyone but it absolutely was not me.Finally, my daughter is in no way involved in this matter. She was not present at the time of the transaction, nor has she had any communication with Kohl’s regarding the matter, nor would she have any reason to.Kohl’s has been playing games since I first submitted feedback to them. They first tried to brush me off without answering my primary question, which was how they justified short changing their customers with deceptive/advertising. They responded twice by simply saying it was Kohl’s policy. When I responded saying that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com I received a response from a person who “completely understood my complaint” and wanted to be sure the matter was brought to the attention of Kohl’s management and would do so if I could provide additional details such as “store's location, time and date of the incident, etc”. This was a thinly veiled attempt to determine if I still had the store receipt (which I do) and failing that, hoping I would give up at that point. The use of the “etc” was a clear opening for them to follow up with additional requests for information again hoping I would give upThey failed. My response providing the information they requested (and more), was then followed up by Kohl’s with the message containing the fabricated story about having spoken to me on the phone along with the story about my daughter having resolved it.To say Kohl’s response to the Revdex.com complaint does not satisfy the issue is one of the truly great understatements of the year. I’d like to see Kohl’s move past the step in their customer service manual that suggests using fiction to discourage customers from pursuing complaints and address this issue

Our customer would need to contact Fitbit for the missing accessory not enclosed in the packageKohl's does stand by it's decisionAt this time we consider this matter closed

The return was processed on June 03, to the Discover credit card ending in We have confirmation the return was processed and accepted by DiscoverPlease inquire with Discover in regards to the funds since the refund was completed on Kohl's end

I rejected Kohls resolution because they said please wait 5-days for the issue to be resolvedHowever, on June I received another spam from them

*** *** Normally I don't do this but I am truly upset by the way Kohl's is handling this.Like I said, I've been a customer since I was a little girl with my Grandma taking me shopping at Kohl'sI still have a pair of cloud sweatpants from Kohl's that I got for Christmas when I was 8, I'm now 28. My entire house is decorated with Kohl's home goods. My kitchen has been stocked with Food Network supplies from Kohl's. My bedroom and bathroom and decked out in *** ***'s line from Kohl'sEvery time I need anything for myself, or need to give gift, I go to Kohl's. Now I have been loyal for so many years, and I have all of these problems and you want, expect, and are satisfied "fixing" this issue with 30% off coupons? How do you expect to regain a customer by giving them coupons if they are so upset that they don't know if they want to return to your store?Now, you may think why would someone fight so hard, and file a Revdex.com report for a missing item valued at $12? The reason isn't because of the $It is because of the THOUSANDS that I have spent at your store, the HOURS that I have spent trying to get my money back, fix my online orders, fix my registry, the TWO separate times I went to the store for the registry system to be down, the trying to return an item in store purchased off of my registry (without a receipt) and be offered pennies even though it was on the shelf for sale for $25, stuck with another item yet again I don't want, to FIGHT for the coupons I was promised, look like an it trying to use a coupon that you sent to me for my remaining wedding registry items that expired a YEAR before I got it, the HOURS I spent walking around Kohl's to match bath rugs to bath rugs, jeans for jeans, exact price tag ONLY to exchange my online order when I was told I could return in store with no problem (which was a waste of an entire day because guess what, nothing matched, it was all off by so they wouldn't take it back. Even if it was on sale for less! Ended up keeping everything that I wanted to return! ) the arguments that I've had with my husband because of all the stress, the embarrassment of having to PERSONALLY find coupons to give to my bridal party guest list since I never received the coupons to give them that I promised, the random deposit of .52?, the customer service AGENTS that lied to me numerous times, and the THREE missing items reports that I made over the span of TWO MONTHS that NEVER went through until I made this reportI have been fighting for over months. I do not feel in the slightest that 30% off coupons is fair to rectify the absolute nonsense that I have dealt with with Kohl's in the past couple months. This is not fairDo I accept your offer? NoI do not
