I, as well, stand by my previous response and consider this matter open. I am very frustrated by this entire ordeal and am tired of getting the runaround. I am now being told by different Kohl's resources, different ways to resolve this matter, and none are working. The unnamed entity that is responding to my Revdex.com complaint is telling me that I must go to the store. As I have previously stated, I no longer live in close proximity to the store where I was initially supposed to pick up the online order. So, in order not to waste minutes and the gas it takes to get to the store, I called them and explained the situation. ***, the manager at the store, stated he would not be able to assist or refund me and that I needed to contact Customer Service in order to get a refund. He stated he has experienced multiple online cancelled orders himself and simply receives an email that included a barcode that contains his refund if he used Kohl's cash as his form of payment. So, my next step was to respond to Kohl's Customer Service by online email and informed them of what the manager stated. Kohl's, I implore you to please review incident number 161228-for cancelled order 5842014936. The last response I received from James Aon 1/29/at 6:AM was that he would credit my next online order $25, all I had to do was send him my order number and he would make the necessary adjustments. I DO NOT TRUST THIS AT ALL!!! 1.) I would end up spending my own money and good luck seeing any adjustments to my order. They cannot seem to refund their own Kohl's cash and gift cards, so why would I believe they would be able to make adjustments to my personal payment. 2.) This does not address the gift cards that I used for the cancelled order that have not been refunded. Kohl's has stolen $and keeps telling me different ways to get my unused Kohl's cash and gift cards tender back. All I want is for them to email or mail the entire amount of Kohl's cash and gift cards into one gift card/Kohl's merchandise credit or email a barcode that contains the total amount of unused tender. I want this in hand. It should not be this difficult. I am very disappointed in the multiple misinformation provided, broken promises and lack of customer service by Kohl's. I work in Customer Service myself, and this ordeal would not be tolerated. I do not understand how nobody of authority has taken control of this matter and fixed it. They can clearly see that the Kohl's cash and gift cards used on the original purchase were not spent, and cannot be spent/used because they were trashed immediately after the order was placed. A replacement gift card and Kohl's cash should be issued, and not by the store, because they have already stated they cannot help me with a refund. Kohl's, before this escalates further, please do your research, do your job, and rectify this issue. Please stop giving me the runaround because nobody is willing to help me and they give me nothing but broken promises and misleading instructions.

I do not feel it is good business practice to accept an order with a discount, only to cancel and say they cannot honor I repeat that I would not have placed this order with KOHLS if I knew the order would not receive the discount as accepted at the time the order was placed I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic I feel they should honor the 15% discount on the order as placed at the time of online transaction I had no reason to feel the order would not receive the discount

I find it unacceptable that the business blames the carrier (UPS) when it was Kohl's warehouse who failed to ship the order in a timely fashionIt took days from the day the order was placed when, according to the order confirmation I received from Kohl's, it should have taken only 6-days maximum (and that is a very long time compared to sites like Amazon)Their customer service is horrible and I want to note that the order was finally cancelled (ref ***) by Kohl's on Dec On Dec there was no evidence that the items had left the warehouseMiraculously the chairs appeared yesterdayMy reason for not accepting their response is that their on line service and the associated customer service is horribleI will never order from them againPerhaps they should take a look at successful and very customer friendly sites like Amazon.com

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Kohl's has still made no effort to resolve my complaint in any way It seems they are only reading what they want and answering accordingly The original order from *** was done THROUGH THE REGISTRY When she found out through me (the registrar) that the gift was not received, it took a while to even figure out where the gift was After finding out the gift was returned, (she did not find out until almost three months after it was ordered) she tried to reorder through the registry, but it would not let her because the registry showed that it was already bought, so she had to order it separately and shipped to her home address I was told, by customer service, to call all of the guests I invited to the wedding to inquire whether or not they got me a gift This is TERRIBLE and FLAT OUT RUDE customer service, and has not been addressed Because customer service was of no help, my family had to spend hours notifying people to stop buying gifts from the Kohl's registry, or if they ordered something they needed to call and find out where the gifts were To this day, I still have not received all of the gifts that people have bought for us I know this because I have had more people approach me about gifts, to which I have responded that I have not yet received them One gift was ordered in August, and neither the purchaser or myself have received any notification about the whereabouts of this gift My mother has also submitted a complaint, which has yet to be addressed
