For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Kohl's corporation yet again changed their narrative and now say that the Kohl's cash that I used to buy the pair of sneakers were not valid.I called up Kohl's fraud department on 12/11/(even though my issue had nothing to do with fraud).After a rather lengthy conversation with a lady named Honor who was supposedly a supervisor during which I gave all the details she was looking for including out of Kohl's cash numbers which I used to order the shoesUnfortunately, she just wanted to prove me wrong but when she couldn't, she got stuck like a broken record saying there was some problem with my Kohl's cash due to some note put on my order.It seemed, she didn't have authority and/or knowledge to investigate the matter in any detailIt was insulting that I had to explain her Kohl's store policies from their website.The worst part was that after around hour of providing her the details, she put me on hold to (probably) discuss with someone but never got back to meI left her a voice message later that day but she didn't respond to that either.All in all, I am extremely disappointed with how Kohl's has handled this goofupI hope they would own up their mistake and settle the matter by providing me what I asked for in the original complaint
