After months of waiting, making call after call after call to Kohl's Corporate Refund # I have finally received my refundI cannot express the disappoint I feel in Kohl's corporate refund policyThe lack of communication Kohl's provides up front with their corporate refund policy and promising 7-day turn around time is a blatant lieI suggest to them for future customers they be honest and tell them how it really works aka call the number to which no one will answer, return your call, over and over and overI understand the reason for policies and procedures however your process on this I do not agree withIn my opinion you will be losing valuable customers such as myself
