The guitar was not altered, the description was a misrepresentation of what I receivedthis is a kids guitar, becausevit didn't sound right, I took it to a professional, who at that time, told me the neck was warped, not only is it just representation, but it was defecrptive as well, this is fraud , an inaccurate description of the purchase, disgusting reply on their part, wil, never shop there again, and I am pursuing their fraudulent actions , with other means as well

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] As I stated in the original complaint it was not one order that was late or did not arriveThere were severalThe three order numbers were *** which totaled after coupons (I paid $in Kohl's cash and the rest was charged on a Visa), *** which totaled after coupons, and order *** which totaled $after coupons and was charged to my VisaI have in the last couple of days received two letters from Kohl's and thus was notified of refunds for order *** This still leaves order *** not addressedAs stated above this order totaled and I paid $in Kohl's cash and the rest was charged to my VisaThis order was the most upsetting as it contained the majority of my son's gifts (all ***)This item should have arrived on the 19th of December (as listed as the last date for delivery); however, it did notNot only did it not arrive but the customer service about it was awful as stated in the original complaint, and yet again even with this complaint not all issues have been addressedThe communication has been very difficult and unclear, I have had to reask the same question numerous time before getting a response- if I get one at allI was never even notified of the refunds I recently received being processedHad I gotten an email about them or a response to my inquiries stating the refund was processed that would have been greatly appreciatedInstead I was just told to please be patient
