[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I received a very generic apology letter from a supervisor at Kohls. I had been calling and asking for help from a supervisor since April 29th and couldn't get anywhere until they received your complaint. I do have documented proof of all my complaints and would be more than happy to upload and send if needed. If I go to the Kohls website, it still says you can change, edit or cancel an order within minutes which is where my problem started. I tried to fix a problem within minutes and was told be a very rude person it can't be done. I also have documentation, dated April 29th, that my refund would be reflected in my account within business day. I didn't receive it until May 13th. I think this company needs help and I would like my complaint to stand

purchase this item online and choose the Kohl’s in Tyler as the pickup
