Kohl's promotes "no hassle" returns, though they are arguing return of approximately $to satisfy a customerWithout a refund, I plan to never shop there again because I don't know that I can expect a full refund on an item if I return itIf they are willing to lose a customer, that's up to themThey already have stored closing and a history of shopper complaints - maybe their policies are the reasons why

I'm not happy with your lack of resolution in this matter You didn't stock any of the advertised Roku's in that store for the Sale Out of all the coupons you offer daily (I'm always getting 30% off in the mail), you're not even trying to make up for you not stocking the item we wasted &1/hours in line for & another hour+ while we tried to locate it? Can't find what isn't there They could've posted a notice they were out, but that would be admitting the Advertised merchandise isn't stood behind I have a Kohl's credit card, & until now...have been a very active customer & have never complained even when things weren't rightSad that you're willing to lose my business over this; I really thought your company was better than this. *** ***
