to b less then my combined kohl cash and yesyou rewards online it would allow me to use my rewards so I called in explaining my issue and was told I should just be happy with the discount I was getting!! Thats fine fro kohl to be ok with that but I ordered solely based in the rewards I would get in return so yes I was saving money but if I would have been told using rewards would equal hassle and mistreatment I simply would have shopped else where and now I'm past the date of my kohl cash as it expired on the 5th so here I am begging to use what is already mine only to lose it because of rude people and advertisements!! so I would like to be refunded fro all my orders to make my kohs credit balance zero since I wouldn't have sent that had I know the kohl cash and yes u rewards ending up just being a bait and switch or I would like a gift card for my rewards and all the time and hassle I have had to deal with or I will simply close my account and never shop at ohs again I have bought 1000's at kohl the last year and a half but am treated as completely worthless I just want whats fair to be done fair thats it done promise it if your not actually going to keep the promisethanks I hope you make the choice to prove I'm a respected customer!!

Upon review of the customer's complaint, since the customer is stating the items are being returned via FedEx, she would need to wait until the return is received to our fulfillment centerThe incorrect shipping address was not a Kohl's error She will have to wait until her return is
processed to receive credit

However, please note, Kohls did absolutely Nothing until I filed this complaint. It still took them just shy of two weeks to email me a simple return shipping slip for my return, of which I have returned. I will hope for an expedited refund for the merchandise and if not, I will be placing another complaint. Going forward, I will forgo shopping at Kohls

A purchase was not made due to store trying to charge for each pair of panties in each set I was buyingNo other stores charges for each pair when you buy a bundle pack of socks or undies, Hanes for example does not charge for each pair in the pack, when pairs come in the pack, they charge price for the set/pack. I feel this is not right for Kohl's to do and that is why I submitted complaintAlso was very embarrassing standing in line and having to argue with cashier who waved the sets around like flags on a pole while I was asking about why I was being charged for each pair in the pack sets I have never seen any other store do this but Kohl's and not sure it was even proper to do

I think it's sad to think Kohl's would blame a seasonal worker for a pre-printed price label with a upc code on it (not a price gun sticker) but I understand that it is the only option they have in this case and am glad they admitted an error. And I always have the option of returning the necklace and earring set. Kohl's is good about returns!
