***I am rejecting this response because: I have spoke to xbox agents several times and they always have a excuseThen they sent me a email giving me a day xbox live credit but didn't include the code for itSo once again I contacted them and they refused to make good with the credit offer they sentMy console sopped working on December 10th, and I entered it to them and they sent a replacement to the wrong address when I got it days late because of address I hooked UT up and it didn't workSo once again I had to send it to them and they again and they being rude about itI've been paying for Xbox live for months wthout a working consoleThen they call me about the issue with console and credit for Xbox live and refuse to do anything about it and are rude to me.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: this is a poor excuse to have the Revdex.com close this complaint, nobody had contacted me still, I don't know who will contact me so that I may follow upPlease don't close this complaint until the business gives a contact number and name, this is the very reason why I'm complaining in the first place, nobody ever had gotten back to me and the clock keeps ticking and all the business does is ignore the fact that they sold me a defective laptop and don't want to reimburse me my money

I have been trying to recover my hotmail email account that I had for yearsI put in the wrong password on my phone and was locked outI do not have the telephone number associated with the account but I finally contacted the soldier who has that number (it was suspended for years when he was overseas) and he gave me the code to get my account backI was able to add another email to the hotmail to get the email backNow I get a message that my account has been temporarily suspended and the representative that contacted me states he cannot find my email addressI am unable to contact someone in Escalation Services to help meI feel like my account is being held hostageThe reason this account is so important to me is that it is the first email my husband and I had togetherHe passed away years ago very suddenly and I have been trying desperately to get my account back because of the emails and pictures that are in that email accountAny help will be appreciated. I would like to have my email account backI entered the code that they needed to verify the email account belongs to meI had to contact the soldier who just came back to the states and he was kind enough to give me the codeAny help is appreciatedI feel like I have lost my husband all over again

At no point during my phone calls was such a number ever provided to me, so I have no such number that I can provide. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The solutions proposed were not really solutions. Your solution to the length of time of the battery will last was basically that you only said "up to" 11hours depending on usage. Even with minimal usage, we have only been getting HALF of that usage. The other solution proposed was that we BUY a better battery. Why would we do that? If we buy a better one, it will still perform "up to" whatever you advertise and it will still depend on usage. There is no assurance that our actual result would be any better than the current battery. What a scam!Sincerely,*** ***
