I am rejecting this response because:This further shows Microsoft's lack of interest in their costumer's needs and is unwilling to solve issues with their problems which causes day to day stressDue to your products being "unreliable", students and employees are not able to complete the work they need to do. I an aril looking for either a replacement, laptop repair free of charge, or credit to the Microsoft store
