Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I am very disappointed in the way this has been handled by the Microsoft company, as a customer who paid close to for a tablet that I was unable to use for even a year (because it has a defective charging port) I find this to be a great unfortunate situation, especially when my tablet is still under manufacturers warranty! One would think a huge corporation such as Microsoft would stand behind their productsYour customer service depttold me that my pictures are unable to be retrieved if the tablet can not be charged, so I am going to loose all of my vacation photos, as well as a very expensive tabletEnough said, I can promise you I will tell everyone I know about the extremely poor experience I had and continue to have with microsoft!
