But I'm absolutely unsatisfied with reply and now I lost ALL my contacts with family members, I can't login into Skype and I'm going to seek big money compencation

This paragraph doesn't specified damage that your action can cause to end user as me
You should send a notice before upgrade to let me make a free decision if I like to continue or terminate my relation with SkypeBut you didn't aware your end users of any changes that you plan to make - you just remotely disable my login to Skype prior I could made any decision
Therefore you were remotely intruded into my private property - my house where computer located and into my private machine
After you remotely disable my access to Skype I couldn't do anything and I lost my chat history with my family members for over yearsThat is a total disaster for me and my family
Now I can't do anything, I can't upgrade, I can't access to save chat history, I lost direct connections with two my sons who live in other country and it's all because you forced your changes without any prior notice
I would like Microsoft to fix my access to the Skype so I can save my conversions history and make unforced free decision upgrade or terminate my relations with Skype
Also I'm seek compensation for emotional distress

Please kindly check your email and junk folder and also make sure that the email address provided on your Skype account is up to date

This is a response to complaint *** which was closed before I had an opportunity to respond (I was not accessing my email for a week)The company responded to my complaint saying there was no account under my email but the email they used was the one I contacted the Revdex.com with - ***@hotmail.com - which is not the email that the account is attached toThe account is attached to ***@hotmail.com and the username is *** and I am definitely still getting them and they are definitely from Xbox rewards and I don't want to get them anymore
Take my email address off the account as I did not give anyone permission to use it and I don't want their account statements
Revdex.com: I have finally received my refund After months of frustration and numerous responses through the Revdex.com I think Microsoft needs to reevaluate the customer service system This issue should not have taken this long to resolve.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
