My son only has 1 account. There are not any other accounts. The one account he has a mastercard was being used. My visa card was being used for someone elses account. I would like this refunded to me. If this cant be done I would like the account name and information so I can take legal action to get these funds back. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am once again rejecting the companies response because they have offered no resolution. The email address on file is not relevent as they can and should be able to easily reach me by phone at [redacted] or search for the account by my name listed in the complaint. Instead they chose to do nothing but direct me to an 800 number where I must wait to speak to an operator for an extended period of time upwards of an hour and often no one picks up or the call is disconnected.
