Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Microsoft last week and they were supposed to get back to me again after I explained my situation to them and sent them an email I have from a manager of one of their stores What do I need to do now? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Microsoft claims that they received my xbox in a broken state and because of that, my warranty is void. This is a lie. I sent in my xbox in pristine condition and it was damaged by Microsoft in some fashion. I have attached pictures of my returned xbox. Why would I take a tool to break up and bend the back of my console and then send it in like nothing happened? I have seen other posts online where people are experiencing similar situations. As a side note, I believe it is illegal for Microsoft to void warranties for such issues. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The service agreement quoted by Microsoft covers software, it is a software agreement, not licensing and does not apply to the operating system license The software license is not an appropriate legal document as the Windows operating system and that license is the legal agreement covering my complaint I've attempeted to attach both the service agreement which the Microsoft rep quoted but the file would not attach, neither would the Windows Licensing Agreement They are differentThe Services agreement does not apply to the Windows operating system The operating system upgrade ruined my computerInstead of a lawsuit which is stated as an option under the Windows License Agreement, I chose to use the less costly Revdex.com solutionMicrosoft should reconsider my request based on the that, and the Windows licensing document, not the software services agreementAnd an apology is still part of my demand.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
