No where on the page before you pay is their a prompt letting you know you will be charged before you are charged
for example was on page and because I business interests in both Europe and usa I was looking a the difference in currency I thought I was looking at price difference in plans not changing currency and there should be a prompt that says you are going to change currency now and the charge will be? do you want to continue!
I was charged in less than minutes this isnt good for anybody upset customers and bad I may be the one complaining but I am sure this isnt an isolated case

C'mon people! This is the same response I got some weeks ago from you Why am I getting it again? I already responded to it once It does not give one a lot of confidence in the system (in this case the Revdex.com) when you get the same canned responses over and over It used to actually mean something when one complained to the Revdex.com or for that matter to the attorney general's office, but in the world we live in today, not so much Corporations such as Microsoft are abusing the people, taking away our freedom of choice, which is what this country was founded on, and watchdog organizations such as Revdex.com don't do anything about it What is the world coming to? At this point I no longer have much confidence that you are working in my best interests, and I am still looking into joining a class action lawsuit against Microsoft So, thanks for much of nothing!!!!!!!!!!!Sincerely,*** ***
