Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This is a vague response to my DETAILED complaintI have filed a claim with my bank and they have graciously investigated this further as deceitful business practices via MicrosoftMy bank has refunded my money and Microsoft has not filed a rebuttalI see this as admitting to their corrupt & sham business dealings regarding my situationI WILL NEVER buy another Microsoft product again due to my experience and have been letting everyone I know about my experience. To further note, we received a new battery for the replacement computer because the batteries were recalled, an obvious sign that my daughters computer's battery was the problem not the horrendous lie of a claim that her computer was damagedIf a computer won't charge and then the battery is recalled because computers are having trouble charging seems kind of obvious, don't ya think? Seriously, Microsoft needs to grow up and take responsibility of their failures.Sincerely,*** ***
