I am rejecting this response because:I am sorry that I was in the hospital and was fighting to keep my foot which I lost half the battleIt I also nice to know that BUSINESSES gets so much more time then we the consumer doseWow business get what to days and I got from the 4/to the 5/and I got out of the hospital and was going to be sent to a rehab place but could not goAttached it a screenshot of the case number and stuffBut look I put in the claim the problem and they will not help with the idea to be able to opt out of advertisements all togetherNow I can opt out of customized advertisements to my likeings but that is what I want to do is opt out of advertisements that I like so I can be even more disappointed in getting advertisements I don't wantBut you see they did not even answer the question, so you will mark it as a response which was no response because did you see even them even address the complaintThey are telling me to file a complaint with them but how? Did they put in a link to go to a complaint section to do what ever the want me to doSo MICROSOFT maybe I would put in a complaint in to a place you want me to fill one out atBut all you do is send me to the FEQ and other was nothing come up with what I was speakingThen I have sent feedback and answered to your question did this article help you and I would say no and never hear anything back from you trained monkeyWhich they are smarter then that but they can only answer what you say and if there is nothing then they say nothingSo thank you for taking my hard earned money and then employ people who may not even have a Windows computerSo please read the complaint then answer the question why is that so hard to do. My Windows computer stops working at regular intervals due to a problem with the Windows updatesI have computers having the same issues and rendering my computers absolutely unusable for hours if not days at a timeFor months I have been trying to get support for Microsoft for which I paid full licenses of their productThe Microsoft support team never acknowledges or resolves the problem and they then put you on hold until you hang upIF you have not hung up after one or two hours on hold then they hang up on youI contacted Microsoft's corporate office who refuse to do anything but forward you to the support group that does not provide any supportI have lost countless work days because my brand new computers are useless when Windows does thisThe problem happens when Windows tries to find and install updates on it's ownMicrosoft go as far as blocking all Google software from operating when updates are running in the backgroundYou can't stop the update process or control it and it can run for hours without endI have spent thousands and thousands on computer equipment and none can be used when this happensI have lost thousands of dollars in pay due to this specific problemI can not resolve the problem myself as I purchased more computers in hopes of getting one to work but they all have the same symptoms from this Microsoft issue
I want Microsoft to acknowledge this issue and resolve it HONESTLYI want them to also stop blocking Google Chrome from operating when this issue happens and force you to use Microsoft Edge which is NOT a substituteAnd honestly I wish they were sued for the illegal behavior of blocking competitive services at will.Sincerely,*** ***

Our usual policy is that we will remove the restriction from a Skype account as soon as we have done a few security/identity checks, to make sure we open the account for the rightful owner and not for the fraudstersThe necessary checks after an incident like that include the verification of some of your payment details as well as the necessity to change your Skype account passwordPassword change can only be done after successful verification
