Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: my complaint was in regards to the bank fees that were charged to me because of microsofts errorThis issue is not being addressed or acknowledged When I spoke to a manager regarding those overdraft fees I was told that Microsoft does not cover them even if they were responsible due to a billing error, as was the case here. We have contacted the support desk already.The staff spoke very poor english and did not know what to do to helpWhen we called for support we gave my mothers email address which was ***@sbcglobal.netThey sent several passwords maybe 5-none of them worked.My mother has NO access to her computer at all.We were not given any other account numbers.All we want is to have access to the computer and get these downloads off.My mother is in poor health and the stress you have created is not good for her heart
