Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This is the same exact response I received from the customer service agentsI've done all of these stepsThis provides me with absolutely no resolution, which is why I've complained in the first placeI have received no reason as to why they can't verify my identityI have NO financial information on fileI don't pay for the serviceThere's no reason for me to have financial information on my accountI've verified everything else AND I've been sent emails to my email address I've had since when I started college. Forgetting your password is a common thing when you rarely use an accountIt doesn't mean anything fraudulent is happeningDo you really think a hacker or thief would go through all of this trouble so they could make FREE international callsI don't think soYour verification process has flaws if it can prevent an owner from accessing their accountMost companies allow tries of your password before you're locked outI only got chancesAfter that I clicked the link to get the email to change my passwordThen it told me to contact customer service, and they have been of no help to meIt should've just let me change my password without locking me outI just changed my password with the Department of Education after getting my password wrong twiceAll they did was send me an email so I could create a new passwordI want my account cancelled if you're still unwilling to help meI am not going to have an account open that someone else could get into, and I would never know because I can't access it myselfYOU are creating a security issue for me, not the other way aroundSincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSkype needs to realize that I came to the Revdex.com because their own customer service refused to help meIt also took them days to get back to me both times I reached out to them when they promise a hour responseThere are many other solutions to Skype out there in the marketplace, and as a voip engineer I can steer customers and businesses to many of themI shouldn't have to come to the Revdex.com to get a routine support request answered in a timely fashion.Regardless, thank you for your help.Sincerely, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I wonder why this wasn't filed under important so this right here was the only means to contact me not via message or anythingSo you promptly advocated an acknowledge of sending and receiving the data but have no means of acknowledging the program you work forYou had more then enough evidence and proof to signal law enforcement but refused to do so can I get an email of acknowledgement on that

At Skype, we have
systems and processes in place designed to detect potentially fraudulent or illegal behaviour carried out in respect of Skype accounts, thus to protect our UsersTherefore, the Skype account was blocked in order to protect the account information from unauthorized access
Our usual policy is that we will remove the restriction from a Skype account as soon as we have done a few security/identity checks, to make sure we open the account for the rightful owner and not for the fraudstersThe necessary checks after an incident like that include the verification of some of your payment details as well as the necessity to change your Skype account passwordPassword change can only be done after successful verification
I have now changed the restriction settings on your Skype account and restored the email address
You can now easily just recover your password here: https://login.skype.com/recovery by requesting a password recovery token to the registered email address
In order to secure the account, please make sure to use a strong password and change your password on a regular basis
Please do this as soon as possible

account has been blocked for paid service use because we have received notification from your financial institution related to your credit card that has been added to the account

Please kindly contact your credit card company in order to resolve the issue
At the moment, we have unblocked the Skype accountHowever, unless the issue will be resolved, the account might get blocked again

I am rejecting this response because: In my opinion, XBOX is taking the easy out vs doing the hard right I deserve the right to know why my console was banned for several reasons First, providing a reason for the ban is just the right thing to do Secondly, this console belongs to my year old son I need to know what he did knowingly or unknowingly to ensure I can respond proper as a parentAlso, if this he did something unknowingly, which I believe is the case, I need to take measures to ensure his XBOX does not get banned I still go back to an email I received from an XBOX Customer Support Rep stating this is a known issue He clearly stated: "after completing our session, I conferred with colleagues only to discover this was a known issue that XBOX was working to resolve" I look forward to posting this email online if I don't get a proper response from XBOX As I do research online, I found numerous cases of wrongful banning XBOX needs to step up and take proper actions and not hide behind responses like the one provided I don't plan on dropping this issue like I'm sure many people As a year Army veteran, I deserve betterMore importantly, my son deserves better.Sincerely,

First no solution was provided Second I purchased the license for Office Home and could not use it I contacted everyone, no one helped me I could not get the license key given to me so I could use the product I could not use the product that I paid for no one would help me Very conveniently as I won't renew now I have recieved like 30-emails from Microsoft asking me to renew to pay them more money for something that does not work This sounds a bit criminal to me charge me money but provide no service Thanks Microsoft I also like how timely you responded to the Revdex.com complaint Pathetic My resolution would be for a two year extension to my original purchase and provide me the license key in an email How sad is it that this happened? What's worse, look it up too, this is not my first Revdex.com complaint for the exact same issue The first complaint received no response whatsoever Can you see the trend here? Microsoft sucks and its doesn't know what its doing I would really like you to fix that going forward Please stop sucking I am sorry I am being so polite these are not actually the words I would use if he were face to face I would be a bit more aggressive as this is a complete and utter joke This is not how business is done I trust you agree IF Microsoft refuses to provide a resolution I respectfully request an arbitration hearing as I consider this fraud and the crime of theft of services My phone number is still *** and my email is still ***@aol.com
