am rejecting this response because: The escalation team is offering a 7th tablet I want a refund for the tablet, and some of my expenses paid as Microsoft has acted in bad faith by lying and missing missed promised phone calls, sent me defective devices back to back, after the 3rd one broke, at which time I had also asked for a refund.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:It does not resolve the problem! In Microsoft's response that state they can't verify my account, however, they just took out $from my checking account! Microsoft can find my personal checking account but can't give me a valid service request numberI have not used my Xbox Live account for several yearsI can't give Microsft any information concerning that situationIn the response the only thing I received was a refusal and an email! I am very annoyed and do not accept their response to the reoccurring payment of $monthly for a service I haven't used for several years!Sincerely,*** ***
