I am rejecting this response because:The was no error on my part When I look into the history it shows my card was used for games we did purchase The additional$monthly fees that were charged to my card do not show up on my hostory because they were not being used for our account Your employees saw that there was fraud Another user who was not us had mt credit card being used for their account Mine wss a visa. I would appreciate this being looked further into I would like tyo know who the user is that was using my credit card.

Please remember, I never asked for this upgrade; it was forced upon my computer. Since then, I have not had access to it at all. I need this resolved

I did work with a person on chat (Ritchelle - re case # ***) who provided attachments for an update regarding returning to Windows She did not tell me that I was going to receive another "update" for Windows She provided what she described as an " inplace upgrade" and apparently that must have meant re-loading of Windows She also provided a way to re-install windows however, what I must do next is find a way to back up my current computerBEFORE I return to Windows 7.
I may need some help returning to Windows but cannot do anything else until the back up is done
I consider that the issue is not resolved until I can to that.
Please Note: I still have difficulty printing because where I used to just be able to right click and hit print, now I must first save an item and then retrieve it from my documents and then print
In other words, the windows has made this senior's life much more difficultFurther, Outlook is also impactedI will contact Microsoft again when I've had the computer backed up
