Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The credit on our account represents amounts paid to the vendor in good faith. The "vendor response" does not address the fact that they failed to return funds that were over paid. A convenient "company policy" with a lot of ridiculous constraints does not change the fact that we paid this money and they refuse to refund it. The vendor has done nothing to earn the money. A convenient company policy is a disreputable way to steal funds from customers.The disrespect afforded the customer on this issue will not be forgotten.I do not know of any other vendor that does not return a customer's credit balance.Sincerely,*** ***

Xbox support stated that MS Store is responsible for providing the code as that is whose website the preorder offer was on. I will provide screenshot if requested to prove that the promotion existed. MS did not make any statement regarding that. All other retailers with this promotion provided me the codes within hours
