No those are the only service request numbers, I was givenI knew this was the response I would receiveIt is hard to believe that you could not find any recording of the conversation when I called in to Xbox LiveRest assured I will take the extra steps necessary to bring to light the poor quality of customer service that Xbox live provides as well as taking the numerous friends and family members away from Xbox live

their most recent email on 10/Our agent contacted our Xbox Hardware team for pictures of your Xbox One; upon receiving it there was evidence of tampering which voids the limited warrantyThese pictures have been including in our agent's email. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: My office has worked with Microsoft for hours to resolve the issue. An issue caused because Microsoft sold me a product that would never work as verified by their own representative. It is a shame Microsoft is not willing to send a technician to fix a problem Microsoft caused. As it is now my experience that Microsoft does not care about the small business owner and has no compunction to the damage it does to a small business when it's sales force sells an inappropriate product.
Microsoft still needs to make arrangements to pay the technician who worked in good faith with Microsoft for hours
I would appreciate it if the Revdex.com would look into Microsoft's sales practices.
